Kingston full of festive cheer on first Saturday of December

On the first Saturday of December, Kingston's shoppers and vistors were out in force, and the town was buzzing with festive cheer!

Our roaming performers hit the streets in the afternoon, with mischievous elves (one on roller skates!) down from the North Pole and saying hello to little ones and teaching them some elfish dance moves!

Cass Art's staff artists and teachers from Cygnets Art School ran four hours of free kids crafts, colouring wreaths with Inktense watersoluble pencils and block printing Christmas cards to take away. The best thing, we do it all again next Saturday 11 and 18 December! Make sure you come along!

The carousel, Christmas market and our newly launched Naughty Elf Trail were also a hit with families looking for festive fun.
