Haché have launched their autumn menu which has a big emphasis on meat alternatives. They've added three incredibly delicious burgers of the Beyond Meat range - the vegan patties, a classic natural, a cheeseburger with Violife cheddar ‘cheese’ and a fantastic Beyond le Fumé, imitating their theatrical burger served on a smoke-filled dome.
Two new set menus are also available for lunch and dinner. And for those with a sweet tooth, there's the addition of a retro dessert, Cookies and milk, a warm skillet chocolate cookie served with ice cream, hundreds and thousands and a shot of milk.
Every quarter, Haché parter up with a female chef to create a collaborative burger and choose a charity, to which £1 from the sale of each burger is donated. To date they've donated just over £7000 to fantastic causes. This autumn, Haché are working with Laura Sheffield from Corazon who created a burger based on a traditional Mexican dish. She's turned a typical breakfast called ‘huevos rancheros’ into the Ranchera burger which is available in all Haché with a donation going to a wonderful project in México City, Me Late Leer, helping to fight illiteracy in primary school children.
