Busaba Eathai has teamed up with OUMPH! to celebrate #NationalVegetarianWeek set up by the Vegetarian Society which runs between 13 and 19 of May 2019 by giving all diners a free vegan dish called Thai Soyamari when they enjoy a main meal at any of the 13 Busaba location across London*.
Soyamari is Busaba’s vegan-friendly signature dish – wok tossed Oumph! (soya) instead of Calamari in ginger and green peppercorn sauce.

Busaba’s vegetarian dish choice is very diverse with six vegetarian main dishes of which all are also vegan; and seven vegetarian snacks, small plates and sides of which six are also vegan. One of the newest vegan dish on Busaba’s menus is the Yam Pak Crispy Soya salad featuring again Oumph! (soya) and is mixed with crispy vegetables and mixed leaves. It’s peanut dressing adds crunchiness alongside a range of spicy, sweet and sour flavours.
Busaba’s menu is inspired by both traditional and modern Thai dishes fresh from the innovative restaurants and bustling markets of Bangkok. Using distinctively Thai flavours throughout the menu with fresh British produce to create a delicious menu transporting guests to Thailand.
