Byron have launched a brand new autumn menu to warm your hearts and tummies!
There are two new burgers to try, including the Kentucky-inspired BULLEIT BOURBON SMOKEY with bourbon BBQ sauce, crunchy coleslaw, creamy ranch dressing & spicy deep-fried jalapeños.
Like it cheesy? Get acquainted with LE BLEU, a juicy beef patty adorned with Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese, red onion & port jam, leafy spinach, griddled onions & wholegrain mustard-mayonnaise. Great with a glass of red wine.
For puds there’s Chess Pie: an American-inspired vanilla custard tart baked to perfection in all-butter pastry.
The new menu also includes improvements to classic Byron dishes. New skin-on fries will now be coated in house-made secret seasoning. The signature BYRON burger is even tastier, with a special Byron sauce, housemade pickles and bespoke cheese – a mix of premium Italian and UK cheeses.
