This event is for people who are aged 60 or over, who are interested in nutrition, fitness and wellbeing. It will showcase to you what the Super Seniors Fitness programme is all about.
We'll have talks from guest speakers from the fitness, medical and nutritional industries.
You will learn how to:

- Change your mindset
It will also be a relaxed informal event and opportunity to meet new people.
