Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of Self-Realisation through Kundalini Awakening. It establishes a deep state of inner silence and joy, where one experiences the deepest self, free from unhelpful thoughts, anxieties and worries. During meditation, you will feel relaxed with a deep sense of inner calm. With regular meditation, you will develop an innate calmness and a greater ability to deal with the stresses and challenges of life.
The session is free of charge and will take place in the John Lewis Community Hub on the 3rd floor, next to the Nursery department.
