On the bill, are:
ROSSO are an alt-folk duo based in Coventry, who take their inspiration from the likes of The Civil Wars, Mumford and Sons, Needtobreathe and Wildwood Kin. Meeting for the first time as music students, this combination of ‘great guitar chops’ and ‘tasty vox’ (Newton Faulkner, 2018) have worked over the past year to craft their unique sound; assured, bold, energetic yet heartfelt. This dynamic duo are currently writing their original material, alongside performing in various places around the UK. Head to their socials and blog to keep up to date with their journey.
- The Hanging Bandits
The Hanging Bandits are an alternative folk rock band based in and around London. We formed in January 2017 in a cold Luton garage, since that time we’ve played venues in London, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Sussex, including pubs, clubs, caves, mountains and church forecourts. Our style has it roots in the British guitar pop of the 90s and traces from artists like the Manic Street Preachers and The Jam to The Beatles and Dylan.
- Tangerine Rye
Tangerine Rye are a promising young band comprised of childhood friends Jordan Susanto (vocals, guitar) and Hal Abrahms (Fender bass, vocals), with Cambridge born groove-heavy Oscar Reynolds on the drum kit. Their music is soul-based rock, drawing heavily from the blues language and retro pop hooks.
